Technical Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
This role combines technical expertise with hands-on operational support across several areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics: Handle packing, shipping, and receiving of products.
Testing: Conduct quality checks on cameras and imagers.
Technical Support: Assist customers via phone/email, troubleshoot, and provide product guidance.
Inventory: Manage stock levels, conduct audits, and update systems.
Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships and recommend solutions based on customer needs.

Qualifications

Experience in tech sales, especially OEM cameras/thermal imagers
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in inventory systems
Customer-focused and team-oriented
